By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.
🔧 Service Description
The Application is a tool that helps users scan for and recover deleted files (photos, videos, audio, documents) on their mobile devices. The Application offers the following features:
- Scanning device storage for deleted files
- Previewing and recovering found files
- Free space wiping feature
- Deleted file protection (backup) feature
⚠️ The Application does not guarantee that all deleted files can be recovered. Recovery success depends on whether the file has been overwritten, the device type, and storage conditions.
📜 License
Subject to these Terms of Use, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following activities are prohibited:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Application's source code
- Copying, modifying, or distributing the Application
- Using the Application for any unlawful purpose
- Attempting to bypass the Application's security measures
💳 Subscriptions & Payments
The Application offers free basic features and a paid "PRO" subscription plan:
- Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Payment is charged to your store account upon purchase confirmation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Subscription cancellation can be managed through the respective store's settings
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription
🚫 Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is." The Developer shall not be held liable for:
- Failure of file recovery operations
- Data loss or corruption in recovered files
- Data loss resulting from the free space wipe feature
- Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Application

⚖️ Intellectual Property
